Controller
The controller for the data processing on this website is Profivo, ul. Paprotna 8B/14, 51-117 Wrocław, Poland. Contact: media@profivo.pl. You will find the full provider details in the legal notice.
Processing in the browser
All random generators on Zufall.pro run entirely client-side in your browser. Input such as names, options or lists is neither transmitted to a server nor stored on a server.
Local storage on your device
Some functions store settings exclusively locally in your browser (local storage), for example the dishes marked as favourites in the food generator or your cookie choice. This data remains on your device, is not transmitted to us and can be deleted at any time via your browser settings.
Hosting and server log data
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you access the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary server log data on our behalf (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, volume of data transferred, user agent) in order to deliver the site, keep operations stable and fend off attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Insofar as data is transferred to the USA in the process, this takes place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and analytics
At present we use exclusively technically necessary storage techniques (see “Local storage”) and do not integrate any third-party analytics or advertising services. Should we introduce analytics or advertising (e.g. Google Analytics or Google AdSense) in the future, we will obtain your prior consent via a cookie banner and update this privacy policy accordingly.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) as well as the right to object to processing (Art. 21). Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To do so, contact media@profivo.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority – for example the Polish authority responsible for the controller's registered office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) or the supervisory authority responsible for your place of residence.
